Founder & CEO

Francine E. Hardy founded A‑Vision Community Health Services (AVCHS) out of a simple belief: when neighbors feel heard and respected, health support becomes possible. In Richmond, she saw too many older adults and caregivers trying to navigate complex systems alone—while carrying the weight of stress, grief, and everyday responsibilities.

Today, Francine leads AVCHS with deep listening, dignity, and community trust at the center. She focuses on plain-language education that people can actually use, especially around healthy aging, chronic conditions, and planning ahead. Most of all, she helps connect Richmond families to local resources—so support feels reachable, respectful, and rooted in the community.

Listening First. Respect Always.

AVCHS shows up with cultural awareness, clear communication, and practical support that helps people feel confident taking the next step.
